Our cartridges are brand new ink and toner cartridges that have been made specifically for your printer just like an OEM. The materials are brand-new as is the ink or toner inside. These products are also 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 24 months from purchase.

Our products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any product from cartridge, you may return it within 15 days of purchase by raising the RMA number, and only unopened products we will replaced with brand new product with no extra cost.

Only products purchased from Ink & Toner can be returned for an exchange and only unopened products must be in sellable condition.

All in-stock orders placed before 4:00pm Monday through Friday ship the same day. Normally you will receive your order next working day, or within 3 days if outside the next day express post network. Your order status will be notified by email. If you have not receive your order after 5 working days, please contact us.

We accept Master and Visa credit card. Bank direct deposit is also accepted. You many also pay by sending us a cheque order money order.
